      Pros

      Admin is approachable. The rate is good and the pay is on time. The students are cool. They are Japanese and mostly adults. Their system is easy to navigate. They listen to teachers all the time. They offer lots of incentives if you work full-time and open lots of slots.

      Cons

      Everything is fair so far except on the 10% deduction which serves as service fee for using the platform and etc. I think 10% is a little too high. I hope they'll lower it a bit if possible.

      Pros

      Job opportunity for people who don't have a degree. They supply videos for you to familiarize yourself with the different lessons. Their communication has a quick turnaround.

      Cons

      Videos cannot actually prepare you for doing the actual lessons. Some sort of interactive system is needed to prepare teachers better for conducting the actual lessons. Communication method on the interface is a bit confusing - I cannot see which messages are unread-even when I toggle the icon to "unread messages"

      Pros

      1. Very flexible platform 2. No minimum hours required 3. mostly polite students 4. lesson material provided

      Cons

      1. The salary is pathetic and it is a shame they are still paying that same rate since they started. 2. They recently introduced a feature where you can adjust your rate but the requirements you should meet first are almost impossible to achieve. 3. very long waiting hours, too many teachers, very few students 4. a biased rating system that punishes teachers
