Regarding the materials, please choose the badges you would like to have in orther to access more various teaching materials. Our teaching material is always available so you can read it and prepare yourself for the lesson in advance. Also, our service for inquiries is available for our teachers. We would like you to contact us via inquiry section or Contact Us page via our website, so we can solve any doubts you might have. Our admin team is very polite and ready to help by answering on your inquiries in a timely manner. We are open to listen to our teachers' concerns and try making better conditions for teaching,with an aim to increase the teachers' satisfaction level.       Pros

      Job opportunity for people who don't have a degree. They supply videos for you to familiarize yourself with the different lessons. Their communication has a quick turnaround.

      Cons

      Videos cannot actually prepare you for doing the actual lessons. Some sort of interactive system is needed to prepare teachers better for conducting the actual lessons. Communication method on the interface is a bit confusing - I cannot see which messages are unread-even when I toggle the icon to "unread messages"

      Pros

      1. Very flexible platform 2. No minimum hours required 3. mostly polite students 4. lesson material provided

      Cons

      1. The salary is pathetic and it is a shame they are still paying that same rate since they started. 2. They recently introduced a feature where you can adjust your rate but the requirements you should meet first are almost impossible to achieve. 3. very long waiting hours, too many teachers, very few students 4. a biased rating system that punishes teachers
