I have reflected two times about my current salary. They just neglect my question. However, they don’t know their silence becomes a way of exploitation and discrimination. As for Native Speakers and Japanese tutors, they can have lots of benefits. Whenever they have reserved classes. The hourly wage they receive from the company is at least higher than the minimum hourly wage in their country. In my case, I get 73 pesos for each sudden class. Even if I get reservations, I still get 80 pesos only. In an hour, I get 160 pesos (3 USD)at most. Nonetheless, the hourly wage of my country is 5 USD. In terms of myself, working here is just volunteer work to some degree. What I hope is to do some adjustments about the wage of reserved classes. At least, tutors’ salary standards are the same.
