      Pros

      I've been working at Native Camp as a part time Online teacher. I am enjoying my job because students are very polite, attentive and eager to improve their English communication skill. The salary, promotion and incentives are great. In fact, I am earning more here than working as a public school teacher. I can say that my efforts are really well compensated by this company.

      Cons

      Tha admin is not so responsive about the inquiries of the teachers. It takes more than a week to receive a reply. Like until now, it's been two weeks since I sent a concern yet I didn't receive any reply.

      Pros

      Job opportunity for people who don't have a degree. They supply videos for you to familiarize yourself with the different lessons. Their communication has a quick turnaround.

      Cons

      Videos cannot actually prepare you for doing the actual lessons. Some sort of interactive system is needed to prepare teachers better for conducting the actual lessons. Communication method on the interface is a bit confusing - I cannot see which messages are unread-even when I toggle the icon to "unread messages"

      Pros

      1. Very flexible platform 2. No minimum hours required 3. mostly polite students 4. lesson material provided

      Cons

      1. The salary is pathetic and it is a shame they are still paying that same rate since they started. 2. They recently introduced a feature where you can adjust your rate but the requirements you should meet first are almost impossible to achieve. 3. very long waiting hours, too many teachers, very few students 4. a biased rating system that punishes teachers
