      Pros

      In recent months, the demand for online learning has risen significantly, and it will continue doing so in the future. Today, digital learning has emerged as a necessary resource for students and schools all over the world. Online teaching can be like traveling internationally without leaving the house. I love talking to students from different corners of the world. Lastly, Native Camp helps me to build my own dreams, I was able to help my parents financially especially during the pandemic. I would like to say I am grateful that Native Camp gives me this opportunity. I will do my best and all I can to teach students.

      Cons

      There are upsides and downsides to everything. We know the truth that we cannot please everybody. I am sometimes worried if my students will give low ratings. I was once deactivated and I am afraid that it will happen again. Native Camp is my only source of income I would be devastated if my account will be deactivated or terminated. Well, I hope not.

      Pros

      Job opportunity for people who don't have a degree. They supply videos for you to familiarize yourself with the different lessons. Their communication has a quick turnaround.

      Cons

      Videos cannot actually prepare you for doing the actual lessons. Some sort of interactive system is needed to prepare teachers better for conducting the actual lessons. Communication method on the interface is a bit confusing - I cannot see which messages are unread-even when I toggle the icon to "unread messages"

      Pros

      1. Very flexible platform 2. No minimum hours required 3. mostly polite students 4. lesson material provided

      Cons

      1. The salary is pathetic and it is a shame they are still paying that same rate since they started. 2. They recently introduced a feature where you can adjust your rate but the requirements you should meet first are almost impossible to achieve. 3. very long waiting hours, too many teachers, very few students 4. a biased rating system that punishes teachers
