      Pros

      I love NativeCamp. I've been with them for about 5 months. They don't hound you about the minimum hours or your schedule. You're literally free to be available or unavailable whenever you choose. You're also able to have "standby lessons" which you'll have a lesson in under a minute when you do go on standby. Standby lessons are $3.12 / 26 minutes, booked lessons are $8.96/26 minutes. I love the freedom and opportunities NC gives us. They'll have certain promos where you can get paid more for a lesson in certain months. Just awesome. They also pay on time, every time. The lessons they have guide you through beautifully step by step by step. I will be with NC as long as they'll have me.

      Pros

      Job opportunity for people who don't have a degree. They supply videos for you to familiarize yourself with the different lessons. Their communication has a quick turnaround.

      Cons

      Videos cannot actually prepare you for doing the actual lessons. Some sort of interactive system is needed to prepare teachers better for conducting the actual lessons. Communication method on the interface is a bit confusing - I cannot see which messages are unread-even when I toggle the icon to "unread messages"

      Pros

      1. Very flexible platform 2. No minimum hours required 3. mostly polite students 4. lesson material provided

      Cons

      1. The salary is pathetic and it is a shame they are still paying that same rate since they started. 2. They recently introduced a feature where you can adjust your rate but the requirements you should meet first are almost impossible to achieve. 3. very long waiting hours, too many teachers, very few students 4. a biased rating system that punishes teachers
