      Pros

      Easy to get in(even with an intermediate level of English!) *more of a negative point than a positive one though. Flexible working hours

      I had been telling everyone about NC, talking about how flexible it is to work with, how kind the students are, bla bla bla. I definitely regret it now because they don't give a damn about their teachers. I am sure that every one there hates working on NC but we all stay for different personal reasons. IT IS NOT FAIR. It already is bad enough working for hours everyday for a low payment. And now apparently the company decided that we don't even deserve that small amount of money, so they changed their payment method to Payoneer. In every withdrawal Payoneer and your bank are gonna charge a fee changing, depending on our bank and country. I'm so fed up with NC these days. Everything is so stressful about working here. LOW PAY LOTS OF RUDE STUDENTSRECENTLY STRESSOR BULK EMAILS, ANSWERING OUR INQUIRIES WITH TEMPLATES, FAKE "DISCONNECTION" CANCELATIONS AND ASKING TEACHERS FOR A PROOF, SYSTEM GLITCHES, UNFAIR LOW RATINGS, AND MORE.

      Pros

      Job opportunity for people who don't have a degree. They supply videos for you to familiarize yourself with the different lessons. Their communication has a quick turnaround.

      Cons

      Videos cannot actually prepare you for doing the actual lessons. Some sort of interactive system is needed to prepare teachers better for conducting the actual lessons. Communication method on the interface is a bit confusing - I cannot see which messages are unread-even when I toggle the icon to "unread messages"

      Pros

      1. Very flexible platform 2. No minimum hours required 3. mostly polite students 4. lesson material provided

      Cons

      1. The salary is pathetic and it is a shame they are still paying that same rate since they started. 2. They recently introduced a feature where you can adjust your rate but the requirements you should meet first are almost impossible to achieve. 3. very long waiting hours, too many teachers, very few students 4. a biased rating system that punishes teachers
