Regarding the following points: Very low salary> We understand that the base salary might be low, but you can increase the amount you get by participating in various competitions and incentives we constantly hold. Also, you can try improving your tutor profile to attract more students that will book your class. Our recent feature is the "tipping system" which allows students to tip you if they were satisfied with your performance. Not very encouraging management> We are sorry to hear you aren't satisfied with our management, and we will take this into consideration. Lack of career advancement opportunities> Regarding this point, it is possible to advance your career in NativeCamp by holding more booked classes and increasing your tutor rank.       Pros

      Job opportunity for people who don't have a degree. They supply videos for you to familiarize yourself with the different lessons. Their communication has a quick turnaround.

      Cons

      Videos cannot actually prepare you for doing the actual lessons. Some sort of interactive system is needed to prepare teachers better for conducting the actual lessons. Communication method on the interface is a bit confusing - I cannot see which messages are unread-even when I toggle the icon to "unread messages"

      Pros

      1. Very flexible platform 2. No minimum hours required 3. mostly polite students 4. lesson material provided

      Cons

      1. The salary is pathetic and it is a shame they are still paying that same rate since they started. 2. They recently introduced a feature where you can adjust your rate but the requirements you should meet first are almost impossible to achieve. 3. very long waiting hours, too many teachers, very few students 4. a biased rating system that punishes teachers
