      Pros

      I've collaborated with various companies, and stumbling upon Native Camp was genuinely a stroke of luck. I commenced my teaching journey here in February 2021, but it's only recently that I've grasped the significance of starting strong to secure those incentives at every cutoff, including the coveted Elite incentive, the number of booked lessons incentive, the number of minutes incentive, and the opportunity to be part of the Callan Method pool of teachers. It's never too late, and now that the light bulb has finally lit up, I want to express my gratitude to Native Camp. I'm gearing up to reach my first 5,000 lessons. The key is preparation—making sure I'm armed with everything for each class. With a big smile for my students, I'm aiming for classes that are not just educational but also delightful. I can confidently say that Native Camp has become my professional home, and I plan to stay with them until I retire.

      Cons

      Similar to other companies, Native Camp has its cons. However, for me, all the "cons" are manageable. When I'm unprepared and my equipment isn't ready, I might incur penalties. Fortunately, the penalties aren't significant here at Native Camp. It's crucial to remember the rules to avoid losing incentives. I remind myself daily that this is my business, and I have to be prepared at all times.

      Pros

      Job opportunity for people who don't have a degree. They supply videos for you to familiarize yourself with the different lessons. Their communication has a quick turnaround.

      Cons

      Videos cannot actually prepare you for doing the actual lessons. Some sort of interactive system is needed to prepare teachers better for conducting the actual lessons. Communication method on the interface is a bit confusing - I cannot see which messages are unread-even when I toggle the icon to "unread messages"

      Pros

      1. Very flexible platform 2. No minimum hours required 3. mostly polite students 4. lesson material provided

      Cons

      1. The salary is pathetic and it is a shame they are still paying that same rate since they started. 2. They recently introduced a feature where you can adjust your rate but the requirements you should meet first are almost impossible to achieve. 3. very long waiting hours, too many teachers, very few students 4. a biased rating system that punishes teachers
