      Pros

      - Gives opportunities to teachers such as badges - Teaching materials are easy to understand for both teachers and students - Time flexibility - Career growth as for myself - They listen to teachers' complaints (well at least for me)

      Cons

      - Some students who got disconnected have the chance to rate the teacher's profile that would eventually lead to teacher's low rating - Some students test their teachers' capability by being disrespectful sometimes that would affect teachers emotionally (tried 4x since I got hired)

      Pros

      Job opportunity for people who don't have a degree. They supply videos for you to familiarize yourself with the different lessons. Their communication has a quick turnaround.

      Cons

      Videos cannot actually prepare you for doing the actual lessons. Some sort of interactive system is needed to prepare teachers better for conducting the actual lessons. Communication method on the interface is a bit confusing - I cannot see which messages are unread-even when I toggle the icon to "unread messages"

      Pros

      1. Very flexible platform 2. No minimum hours required 3. mostly polite students 4. lesson material provided

      Cons

      1. The salary is pathetic and it is a shame they are still paying that same rate since they started. 2. They recently introduced a feature where you can adjust your rate but the requirements you should meet first are almost impossible to achieve. 3. very long waiting hours, too many teachers, very few students 4. a biased rating system that punishes teachers
