      Pros

      One of the Best ESL Companies so far. The schedules are flexible, and you still have the chance to meet and conduct classes without reservation. Likewise, students are very respectful. One thing that I like about Native Camp is that their materials are straightforward to use, and everything you need to know is in there. I'm happy and contented working here.

      Cons

      Not enough bookings for beginners but that's okay because there is another option for you to earn money without bookings it's called Sudden lessons all you have to do is stand by and wait for the student to enter your class.

      Pros

      Job opportunity for people who don't have a degree. They supply videos for you to familiarize yourself with the different lessons. Their communication has a quick turnaround.

      Cons

      Videos cannot actually prepare you for doing the actual lessons. Some sort of interactive system is needed to prepare teachers better for conducting the actual lessons. Communication method on the interface is a bit confusing - I cannot see which messages are unread-even when I toggle the icon to "unread messages"

      Pros

      1. Very flexible platform 2. No minimum hours required 3. mostly polite students 4. lesson material provided

      Cons

      1. The salary is pathetic and it is a shame they are still paying that same rate since they started. 2. They recently introduced a feature where you can adjust your rate but the requirements you should meet first are almost impossible to achieve. 3. very long waiting hours, too many teachers, very few students 4. a biased rating system that punishes teachers
