      Pros

      I have been here for five years and it has been a great experience. The salary is always on time, sometimes even earlier than scheduled. The lay out of the textbook is so easy to follow that teaching here is so exciting to me and a great joy always. The students are very interesting. The platform is great, of course like any other technology, it sometimes has its fair share of failings. I love to teach in Native Camp.

      Cons

      Major changes and innovations are introduced on the platform without requisite information to teachers, which makes it difficult for teachers to grapple with the changes.

      Pros

      Job opportunity for people who don't have a degree. They supply videos for you to familiarize yourself with the different lessons. Their communication has a quick turnaround.

      Cons

      Videos cannot actually prepare you for doing the actual lessons. Some sort of interactive system is needed to prepare teachers better for conducting the actual lessons. Communication method on the interface is a bit confusing - I cannot see which messages are unread-even when I toggle the icon to "unread messages"

      Pros

      1. Very flexible platform 2. No minimum hours required 3. mostly polite students 4. lesson material provided

      Cons

      1. The salary is pathetic and it is a shame they are still paying that same rate since they started. 2. They recently introduced a feature where you can adjust your rate but the requirements you should meet first are almost impossible to achieve. 3. very long waiting hours, too many teachers, very few students 4. a biased rating system that punishes teachers
