      Pros

      The teaching materials are excellent. Once you get used to the platform, it's easy to follow. The payments are done on time, always.

      Cons

      The pay is ridiculously low. The algorithm changes constantly and is very unhelpful; my regulars say that they often can't see me or find me. They use a third party which has appalling customer service. NC admin service doesn't care in the slightest and is deeply unhelpful. There are so many glitches with the platform including when students have reserved or booked a class and then we're penalised if the system fails. The rating system is dreadful. I've always been between 4.86 and 5* but many are lower and unfairly so. Some students shouldn't be allowed to rate (no camera, first lesson and they have no skill, less than 20 min lessons etc)

      Pros

      Job opportunity for people who don't have a degree. They supply videos for you to familiarize yourself with the different lessons. Their communication has a quick turnaround.

      Cons

      Videos cannot actually prepare you for doing the actual lessons. Some sort of interactive system is needed to prepare teachers better for conducting the actual lessons. Communication method on the interface is a bit confusing - I cannot see which messages are unread-even when I toggle the icon to "unread messages"

      Pros

      1. Very flexible platform 2. No minimum hours required 3. mostly polite students 4. lesson material provided

      Cons

      1. The salary is pathetic and it is a shame they are still paying that same rate since they started. 2. They recently introduced a feature where you can adjust your rate but the requirements you should meet first are almost impossible to achieve. 3. very long waiting hours, too many teachers, very few students 4. a biased rating system that punishes teachers
