      Pros

      So many pros... But here are some of my fave: 1. They give us full flexibility. Our schedule is completely up to us. Also there are no minimum hours required! 2. The job is 100% remote, so I can work from anywhere in the world where I have a stable internet connection. 3. All lesson materials are provided so we don't have to worry about preparing our own lessons in advance. We just go on standby and start earning money. 4. The application process is really easy. If you have basic English knowledge you should apply!

      Cons

      Sometimes the platform can be a little bit slow.

      Pros

      Job opportunity for people who don't have a degree. They supply videos for you to familiarize yourself with the different lessons. Their communication has a quick turnaround.

      Cons

      Videos cannot actually prepare you for doing the actual lessons. Some sort of interactive system is needed to prepare teachers better for conducting the actual lessons. Communication method on the interface is a bit confusing - I cannot see which messages are unread-even when I toggle the icon to "unread messages"

      Pros

      1. Very flexible platform 2. No minimum hours required 3. mostly polite students 4. lesson material provided

      Cons

      1. The salary is pathetic and it is a shame they are still paying that same rate since they started. 2. They recently introduced a feature where you can adjust your rate but the requirements you should meet first are almost impossible to achieve. 3. very long waiting hours, too many teachers, very few students 4. a biased rating system that punishes teachers
