      Pros

      Flexible schedule... Office staff are not interested in policing anything TBH. Love teaching Japanese students

      Cons

      Staff do not act upon students complaints, nor teachers complaints It literally is the wild west lol. For a native who can earn $18 minimum wage at McDonald's, native camp only makes sense for those of us living in 3rd world Asia. Lesson numbers gave plummeted since December. Hence why many teachers are now at lingostar, nova, vip etc and use native camp as a time filler only. It is a shame as the students are fantastic. But the company never replies to emails or inquiries. With better management and hogher pay NC could of dominated Asian ESL classes.

      Pros

      Job opportunity for people who don't have a degree. They supply videos for you to familiarize yourself with the different lessons. Their communication has a quick turnaround.

      Cons

      Videos cannot actually prepare you for doing the actual lessons. Some sort of interactive system is needed to prepare teachers better for conducting the actual lessons. Communication method on the interface is a bit confusing - I cannot see which messages are unread-even when I toggle the icon to "unread messages"

      Pros

      1. Very flexible platform 2. No minimum hours required 3. mostly polite students 4. lesson material provided

      Cons

      1. The salary is pathetic and it is a shame they are still paying that same rate since they started. 2. They recently introduced a feature where you can adjust your rate but the requirements you should meet first are almost impossible to achieve. 3. very long waiting hours, too many teachers, very few students 4. a biased rating system that punishes teachers
