Pros

Good food, nice campus, Madison is great.

Cons

Judy Faulkner is the most morally bankrupt person I’ve encountered. Currently trying to force employees back to campus in the middle of a pandemic.

Pros

Good salaries (for Madison) Cool campus & good on campus food options Health insurance is really solid

Cons

Happiness and success is very dependent on the customers that you're assigned to. Culture of anonymous feedback that may or may not be shared with you is toxic. Leadership is pretty out of touch with common employees and focuses on "culture" and drinking company kool-aid rather than effectively addressing staff feedback and issues. COVID response has been borderline incompetent from a staff perspective. No data has been shared with staff indicating why we're being brought back on campus, or why remote work isn't working. Leadership claims they're being data driven, but not sharing any of that data at a company that purports to "share everything, the good and the bad." This isn't the time to play black box when realistically people's lives are on the line
