      Pros

      Fun events and culture, great discounts on spa services and membership

      Cons

      They will work you like a dog until you quit. Ive never seen such a hugh turn over rate!!! They hire 10 trainers at a time and just run through them.

      Pros

      Worked on the corporate side of the office; accounting/finance. Only pro was that there was a handful of non-managerial employees who are great people.

      Cons

      No room for growth unless if you know the right people. Will work you ragged until you can't do anymore and even then complain about your work. Management just cares about themselves and the bottom line.

      I can't think of one positive word to describe working here- very cliquy- if you're in it's great, if you're out its terrible.

      Cons

      Low pay, long hours, upper management is NOT appreciative of hard work. Trainers run the clubs,not the managers...Managers can't discipline trainers because they are the revenue source
