What drew me to the company was the culture. Company culture is not just a slogan or statement on the website or in a picture on the wall. For it to be true, the culture has to be led by those in top leadership all the way down the organization. This is as positive culture as I have experienced in my work career. The growth in this company is phenomenal and is creating many opportunities.

Cons

You must be a self starter and able to manage your time. When you work in the store you work alone or with one other person. If you need lots of direction and guidance, not a job for you. If you like managing your own day, time and task...Great Job!

If you like change this is the company for you!! Innovation is our second name. We are always changing to make life easier for the modern customer. Every day is different, there are slow days, calm days, busy days, hectic days.

Cons

Bonus structure is not the greatest but it is something. They constantly move you around if you are a AM. Expect 4 reviews with your name in it.
