      Pros

      It's not your typical retail position. You work with people who actually NEED and WANT your service. The goal here is to create a bond or trust with your potential customer. That in itself can be rewarding. Sometimes these people com ein at the bottom of their world, and when a little compassion is shown and that you show how much you care about them, can really be a good feeling for both the customer and Myself.

      Cons

      My struggle is watching people lose their items to auctions. Times are tough for some which is why they were using our services, then to see years of memories be sold to the highest bidder can be heartbreaking.
