Pros

Great work/life balance, awesome employee recognition programs, definitely a company on the rise. I have been working for this company for 1 year and I can honestly say that of all the jobs I have had in the past this one is the best. They provide you the freedom to actually feel like you are a manager and someone who can make a difference.

Cons

The only downside that I can see is that we are required to work Saturdays. This is retail so I understand the needs of the business.

live on site, wages, growth potential, co workers, sense of comradery, no nights, no Sundays, they dont micromanage

Cons

None that I can think of. Maybe have an extra person to help cover days off, vacation time, days that are super busy. Just a part timer
