      Pros

      A very open and positive work environment that encourages everyone from the bottom up to share best practices. The ever changing pace of retail but with none of the late night floor sets or black Friday craziness. A company that actually listens to it's people.

      Cons

      with the company putting so much value on getting input from multiple sources it can take longer for big decisions to be made.

      Progressive company, always striving to get better. I love the fact that they are always asking for our input, and even better actually utilize our input. Constant growth and opportunity. Great work, life balance.
