      Monthly Bonuses, Great Support Team, No Paperwork, Fast Responses, Awards, Contests, If Snow Is Bad They Close (first company ever), Sunday's Off, Later Hours, Care About Their Customers As Well As Their Employees & Properties, Weekly Meetings, Have The Ability To Actually MANAGE Your Property, IT Dept Fast & Helpful, Paid Holidays, PTO, Awesome Training Program, No Micro-Managing, Lunch Break, Nice Uniforms. The List Goes On & On

      The Only Con That I Have Has Nothing To Do With The Comapny Itself, The Computer Program Has its Glitches Which At Times Can Be Aggravating But So Does Every Computer Program Ive Ever Delt With.

      This is a great place to work. We have every Sunday off, we get our schedule a month in advance, other employees are very helpful and friendly. I relocated to Indy and thought that it would take me forever to get a job but ESS was quick and prompt with everything. The company tries to work with all the renters to the best that they can.

      Cons

      There is really no downside to working for the company.
