      Pros

      After reading all of the reviews I want to set things straight: Saturdays are required, but I get three day weekends every other weekend. There is a lot of cleaning and maintenance, but they told you that up front in your interview. There is amazing room from growth, and they like to promote from within. If they aren't promoting you, you're doing something wrong. As long as you go in every day and do you job, it's not hard. I have a 40+ run down property in a horrible part of town and I love it. The work is easy as long as you know how to follow rules.

      Cons

      It can get a little gross sometimes - roaches, moldy mattresses, human fluids. Auctions can be hard but only if you're a bit emotional (this is business after all) - even though it's hard, you can give people options. Some customers ask for the moon and you obviously can't deliver. There is a lot of change all at once and sometimes it is hard to keep up. Benefits are a bit expensive.

      Cons

      Minimal ways to be promoted. 4 and a half holidays per year. Work with one or two people per facility.
