Great customers but management shows favoritism

Set 40 hours weekly, work alone mostly. Great customers.

Cons

Off days very, feels more like janitorial job, pay cap, weed you out once you get to $20 an hour. DMs show favoritism. You are forced to do Glassdoor reviews from your work email address so they get good reviews. Feels more like a cult than job.
