      Pros

      The customers are great!!!! They really make my day. Also, having the ability to give the customer the best storage experience.

      Cons

      No room for advancement in some of the districts. Being asked to perform manual labor. Mop, wax, strip floors, landscaping, and other tasks that are not in the job description. Mandatory Saturdays. I could write a five page book about the mismanagement in this company. Very expensive benefits. Expecially on the salary that is offered.

      Work with little supervision, bonus checks if your lucky

      Cons

      Unprofessional environment, DM plays favorites, you lie to your customers, benifits are bad, pay is no where near what it should for amount of manual labor cleaning and lifting, no help when needed ,they reward the lazy and the people who lie before they help hard workers. Don't waste your time here.
