      Pros

      Extra Space provides a great work experience, being part of a team that supports and encourages one another. Provides comprehensive training and gives time to learn the process rather than leaving you to sink or swim. Work/Life Balance is great, home with my family at night and Sundays off every week. Competitive pay and ability to earn more with incentives and benefits.

      Cons

      There are at times a lot of work over the phone, which can be a negative for some people.

      Pros

      I appreciate the type of environment it is here. I work with customers and build relationships while helping with there needs in storage. I have an office. I get to go outdoors and move around. Its a healthy work environment overall with great benefits and places to move forward if interested!

      Cons

      I have no complaints in the company or how the staff operates.
