I really enjoyed working at extra space and would say of the big name companies it's probably top of the list. They are a good company even after you separate from them they don't screw arounf with your pay and you get everything u had coming unused pto was cashed out even monthly bonuses were paid consistently they are a fair company and they don't make goals out of reach. Christmas bonus paid . They also were considerate of my mom's passing I can't thank them enough for that .

The training was too intense . I had a hard time taking it all in

I started with Extra Space Storage in 2017 and still very happy. I've never look forward to coming to work as much as I do now. Extra Space Managment team is just that a Team.
