Challenges include ineffective communication, inconsistent management practices, insufficient staffing coverage, and compensation that does not align with the workload and expectations for the week. Gossiping district management & District Team Leads, too much alone time to complete all task for one day on a busy week at a consistent clientele location

Pros

We are not micromanaged, all upper management is great, they treat everyone with respect, they do not look down at anyone and they have a open door. You also have a work life balance.

Cons

Not much to say other than not much in raises to help with the cost of living. That is the only con that I can think of.

Extra Space Storage is amazing! So far I've only been with the company for about 6 months and its been the best work experience that I've ever had. The full team welcomed me with open arms and I have been able to keep an appropriate work/life balance since starting in July. Aside from that the work infrastructure creates a easy and smooth environment that enables myself to solve any problems during the work day, thanks ESS!

Cons

Clarity! Although the training experience and guidelines have been great. there have been a few times where the rules and regulations of the company have been left for myself to interpret. This isn't necessarily a "con", however it does create room for error where there doesn't have to be.
