I've been with the company for 4 years; started as an Assistant during Covid and within 2 years was promoted to Storage Manager. These are my appreciations for the company: Monthly bonus Positive job/performance training Inclusive staff and upper management Flexible schedules Positive and Interactive work culture

Cons

Can be short staffed due to inconsistent support in stores. Limited acknowledgement and days off for federal holidays. Fast paced training can be a bit overwhelming.

What can i say there are so many. We are off on Sundays, we get a lot of holidays off. The work life balance is amazing. The company cares about the well being of their employees but all the business side of it as well. The benefits are really good. The culture is what keeps me here. I would recommend this company to anybody that wants to work.

Cons

There really isn't any cons to the job for me.
