      Pros

      Depending on your location and what type of facility you are running, the pay is decent. I think that the ones who work in an outdoor facility need to make a little more than those who run an indoor facility due to the increase in manual labor for the upkeep of the facility. Sundays off is a big perk for me. I like having a weekend day off for family, friends, or life balance. After working over 20 years in traditional retail, this is a nice balance between customer service and facility upkeep. I like that any mileage you accure by traveling to other locations is directly entered into your timecard. I've worked for other companies and the worst one didn't pay your mileage for almost 3 weeks. There's efficiency in their infrastructure here. Communication between my trainer, other co workers, and direct supervisors has be friendly and helpful-no drama so far! Most of the software has a good help system, so if you prefer to learn on your own you can. I like that there feels like there's a infrastructure that is built with the company that promotes a good work experience for staff.

      Cons

      The training focuses a little too much on the selling and less on site upkeep, which can be overwhelming when you're finally on your own and don't know how to do things. Pay could be better with the way cost of living has increased. Pay for out door unit workers should be more than indoors due to the increased labor. The website really should promote that the sales on the units are temporary so that customers aren't suprised when rates increase after. All corporate storage facilities have the same practices, but the lack of transparency to the customer makes retaining clients difficult. Customers wish we had longer lease options rather month to month, but I understand why we don't. Depending on how far you want to go, there might not be promotions available to you if you don't relocate. Ive heard the insurance isn't the best

      extremely flexible with schedule, fun co workers, district meetings and games,

      id prefer hour lunch breaks, cant order, purchase, pick up and eat in a 30 min timeframe especially when mostly single covered,
