I have had many job opportunities and wanted a company that will work with you and has same goals as I do. I found them at Extra Space Storage! They will continue to support your develpment and encourage you to grow. I am currently an Assistant Manager and looking forward to one day becoming a Store Manager and moving forward. They under stand family values and will work with you when needed. Great work and life balance.

Cons

I honestly do not have any downsides at the moment. It is a great job, good benefits. The only thing I would think is that having outside units and being in the cold or heat for a little bit, but that is most places you work that require some outside activities to be done.
