Pros
I have been employed with ExtraSpace Storage for a few years now. I was recently a DMIT at my old retail job. I made a transition from the fast pace retail world and came learn the storage business. It was the best transition I ever made. During my interviewing process with the DTLS and DM I was made promises like most employers make (most employers lie to you) but ESS has done way more than kept their promises but they have also gone above and beyond in the dark hours of need. This is the only employer who I have worked for that has honored their core values and makes sure their employees are happy. My District Manager is also the best DM I have ever worked under. They make the workplace fun and for once I am not scared to see their car pull up in my parking lot. Its a good day when they come to visit unlike my past events at former retail chains i worked for. I still have a long ways to go for my retirement but this is where I will retire from. ESS for Life!

I wish we had more exposure to more sites to see how each store is different from the next one.
