As a 44 year old man, I highly value work/life balance! The work schedule for Extra Space is a cut above the rest in this industry - in at 9:30 am, Sundays & evenings off, Thanksgiving, Christmas & New Years off, Extra Space also values & rewards employees for excellence - my trajectory in the two years I've been with the company is on a great path! I look forward to continued growth and forward motion with Extra Space.

Cons

Working until 6 pm instead of 5 pm, and working Saturdays, not having more federal holidays off. Only getting PTO and not sick time as well.
