Pros

I've been with the company for over four years and have drastically increased my pay. Started at the entry level store position and now I'm in line for my 3rd promotion to a salaried position. For those that work hard, the company is more than willing to recognize that and provide opportunity for growth. I love my team and gotten nothing but support from upper management.

Cons

Split days off are a given at the field level but PTO accrual is aggressive. Not many holidays off, just the big 4, but they are all paid holidays.

Pros

My District Manager empowers me to run the business, and supports me when I need it. I feel appreciated and valued. The company innovates using our feedback and input. I am celebrating my 10 Year Anniversary. 4 years ago I transferred from Florida to Oregon. Our business does well during times of economic ups and downs. During my 10 years with the company they have not cut back on staffing, They acknowledge we are the reason why our company is better than competitors. Benefits are great!

Cons

Remember this is a Multi Billion Dollar Corporation sometimes there can be a disconnect between field and Upper Management. Annual pay increases are small but we do get them.
