      Pros

      I've worked at ESS for almost months now and I will say that if you ever need help, you are one phone call, text or email away to get help. Your DTL and DM are always available to help in all situations and are happy to do so. Everyone is still learning, and ESS is the one company that truly understands that. Highly recommend working here if you want your Team leads to have your back and are able to help you with anything.

      Cons

      Pay could be better. If you look at a job opening 3 hours away in the same state, they pay $3 more for starting, or just down the road, In n Out is paying more starting than a Store Manager gets with experience. Kinda unfair

      Paid mileage, great PTO, incentive bonus, great training, traveling experience, plenty to add to a resume

      Cons

      No paid sick time, if you are sick you have to use PTO. I hate working alone.

      A company who actually cares

      Pros

      Since I made the decision to come to ESS as a District Manager I have been so happy with my decision and I am so grateful for the leadership and my peers. They have been patient with me and they genuinely want you to succeed. I have never worked with a company that from the top to your own peers and employees everyone wants to do a great job and they are always trying to find ways to make your life easier so you can do a better job.

      Cons

      The only opportunity I have seen so far was with the initial training. It was a bit confusing and a little all over the place but they quickly realized that it was not working and have been actively working to fix it which is great!
