I couldn't be happier with my time at Extra Space. It's been a great fit for me personally and am grateful for the growth opportunities I've had so far in my career at this company. The company values work-life balance and does a great job at implementing its core values on a day-to-day basis.

Cons

Compensation and benefits are average and could be more competitive.

Culture is good if you’re on the right team.

Cons

Sitting for hours a day without the option to use the restroom freely. Have to have ETO to leave for an emergency. Commission sucks!!!! The system is set up by AI to send likely to sell calls to top performers so nobody else can catch up.
