I’ve had a positive experience working at Extra Space Storage. The company truly values employee development and goes above and beyond to provide growth opportunities. There is a strong culture of listening to employee feedback, and leadership takes the time to understand and address concerns. This has made for a collaborative and engaging work environment.

Cons

One area where the company could improve is in its benefits and healthcare offerings. While the current package is decent, enhancing the benefits and providing more comprehensive healthcare options would make a big difference for employees.
