Pros

Small freedoms to run your store as you want. Very tiny monthly bonus if you get customers (sometimes stores aren’t busy)

Cons

KPI metrics are not realistic if you work at a slow store yet they will pressure to perform. Do I go and knock doors? Company is in financial turmoil and the pressure is rolling downhill. Nitpicking about appearance and property issues. Scrubbing walls and painting all the while you’re expected to meet goals with zero customers. Zero opportunity for days or week at a time. Authority structure is meaningless. Everyone is a peon. Including the managers. Not enough chiefs. Everyone is an Indian.
