      The role offers a low-stress work environment with ample downtime throughout the workday.

      Cons

      In my role as an Assistant Store Manager, I am required to work every Saturday, and requesting a Saturday off depends on whether the Store Manager is available to work.

      Pros

      Great company to work for! Fair pay, benefits, 401K, paid travel time, set hours and they always promote within the company first.

      Cons

      When your district is short staffed, they require you to cover different stores and sometimes you can be at 2-4 different stores in one week. We call these "Floaters" and sometimes they can become overwhelmed trying to keep up with 2-4 different stores in one week.

      Pros

      5 star for the culture and they are very flexible, which gives great work life balance. Not a micromanagement type of company unless you performing poorly but even then it is just coaching calls and teaching. Once you learn the right verbiage to use it is easy bread and butter.

      Cons

      I wish pay was more but it is 5 star because they pay us good in relation to the company culture and stress free work environment.
