      Pros

      Great place to work , learn different skills, sharpen customer service and a welcoming environment. DMs and DTLs are easy to communicate with. Great work life balance and accommodating with life's adjustment curve balls.

      Cons

      only con is the traveling to multiple locations when the schedule is set with short roster but we are moving past that. I actually enjoyed the different locations and meeting other team members but it becomes an issue when the same ppl are the ones traveling everywhere.

      Pros

      Excellent communication and supportive supervisors. I can reach out to my bosses boss at my leisure and she is responsive. The company gives me the tools to succeed and advancement and learning opportunities are plentiful.

      Cons

      Like any corporation in America today, it is always about the next quarterly report. Recent elimination of spiff for sales was a bad idea. Lots of turnover.
