      Pros

      Extra Space Storage is a great place to work. Great people. Great culture. Outstanding work/life balance. Incredible environment. Oh, and you get very well fed.

      Cons

      Getting recognition for past experience and skill sets is very hard to come by, even after months of proving yourself. I've found myself previously workinging under a manager who was underqualified and underexperienced for thier role, which resulted often in conflict.

      Pros

      This was one of my fav jobs honestly. After covid I joined the WFH sales team, and it was a great opportunity to gain more insight in the business. I had great leadership and a great team. I do believe this company cares about their employees.

      Cons

      Burn out, excessive calls, not too much can do when expressing your work load. Overall, if it wasn’t for the burn out and constant low staff, I would’ve stayed longer.
