Great environment, good people, amazing support, love the culture, and I love the job!

Cons

I honestly don't have anything negative to say. I guess it can get a little lonely at times because you are alone all day managing your site, but that really doesn't bother me too much.

The benefits are a huge perk of this company: health insurance, 401k, and PTO. The compensation is also great for the work required. This is the perfect place to use as a stepping stone for future opportunities or if you are willing to relocate.

Cons

Insane rate increases that drive down customer satisfaction and no accountability for lazy managers. Unfortunately, not much advancement at the local level either.
