Pros

Yearly raises, great employees, great work balance from office to outside work. Live on site for affordable rent. Monthly bonus but only good if your at a large site like myself.

Cons

Work hours, have no time for anything after work. Only 1 Monday and Saturday off a month. Yell at you for any amount of OT.

Great medical benefits. They cover a lot.

Cons

Floating assistant managers. Its never consistent. They don't put effort because they are scheduled at a different store the next day. So no accountability. Schedule is constantly changing. One day you think you're going to get help for the day and then they take your help last minute. Also putting in requests a month in advance. Yet the scheduled is released last minute.
