      A little better than the rest,

      Pays a $1 or 2 more than their competitors Closed Sunday You are allowed to think and use your own discretion You run the store with little bother from the DM Helpful co-workers

      Cons

      Understaffed. You work alone most of the time. They will lie to you about hiring more people. Deceptive technique of selling of insurance. Advertising first month free when no such discount exists, leading to angry customers. Always on your back to meet the many metrics. Some are hard to meet due to no fault of your efforts to try to meet them. Record and test call you all the time. Sometimes you are helping a customer and cant answer, They don't care. Assistant Managers perform the same duties as a Manager but paid less. They role play with you all the time. You will never be good enough. Expensive and bad insurance coverage.

      Really great company. Super welcoming and helpful throughout the training process, great support systems in place from management.

      Cons

      None. You get a little dirty from time to time, but that's nothing in comparison to the pros.
