Extra Space has a great culture where employees are trusted. With adjustable work hours and little micro managing, this is a great company to be a part of. You start out with accruing 3 weeks off which seems either better than or the same as other companies.

Cons

Amount of turnover in the accounting department.

Everyone is very friendly and willing to help with problems. Hours are pretty flexible. It is a great entry-level job.

Cons

The pay is a little low compared to other accounting positions in other companies so there is a lot of turnover.
