Great Place to start a career

Pros

good place to start getting experience to move up to other higher paying jobs. Management is great They value Family. Hours are great - can com in early and leave by 3:30pm Fun holiday parties and team activities

Cons

Insurance is not great. Pay can be better. They have a lot of turnover due to employees getting better offers elsewhere.

There does not seem to be a consistent message from this company and they seem like the image the portray to line level employees is much more about making sure things are done legally that with the way that they really want them done.
