      Stable employment with decent employee recognition.

      Day-to-Day gets really redundant. Don't think the manager title will get you out of getting your hands dirty every single day.

      Extra Space is a growing company, has allowed me to move up to different roles within the company. They do a great job promoting within.

      Cons

      You work solo quite a bit. Not really a con but you have to be self motivated and keep on task.

      Pros

      Decent wage to start if you need something full-time and stable. Teaches you about business growth. YoY

      Cons

      Wage does not reflect the amount of work and overall stress involved with the job. Only real benefit is for the live-on site mangers. Which in turn makes you comfortable while also not learning anything new beyond the aspect of the job.
