NOT a career path. Managers are too "storage" passionate. No one is that passionate about storage... it's like a cult.

*Hours you work *Work-life balance *District meetings are OK *Pick up a few new work skills *Its possible to get housing

Cons

*Alot of Favoritism *Depending on your district, could be a lot of Backstabbing (fellow co-workers, management, etc.) *For what you get paid for, it's not worth the work. *They entice you with housing but take alot out of your paychecks. *More than likely, Management has never done the work you do.
