There are tons of opportunities for growth. The higher-ups are all very knowledge and easy to work with. There's a lot of support there, and the hours are awesome.

Cons

The pay is a little low and there are a lot of responsibilities.

Cons

Under pay employees. Bonus structure is horrible. Some upper managers are not the best. They only care about their numbers. They even tax you on gift card that is soppost to be a gift.
