Pros

Cool new office in London, great 'real' people, fast growth. So much opportunity to do new and exciting things in my role that I never had in other companies. New benefits scheme and a real interest in the company values. Amazingly diverse culture!

Cons

Catching up with our fast growth so we don't always have all resources and structure available.

Thanks so much for your review. It is fantastic to hear what you enjoy about working at Farfetch, especially having an opportunity to focus on our 'Be Revolutionary' company value. We will continue to invest in resources and listening to people through open feedback and our regular Pulse surveys.

Pros

Good direction on personal development They encourage an 'entrepreneurial' spirit. If you want to learn something or make something happen for the company you are given the freedom to do so (within reason!) Anyone who isn't succeeding here just isn't asking the right questions. One of the company values is 'be revolutionary'. That isn't just with the tasks you do but the attitude you bring too! Good bonus scheme

Cons

Sometimes internal communication is slow between teams

On going quiet firing

Pros

Great people, a pleasure to work with almost everyone. A lot of different technologies and open to switching to other teams for new opportunities (for example different technologies).

Cons

They are doing a clear Quiet Quiting, creating disadvantages to people by forcing them to close the full remote option so that they can do the actual layoff that was already applied to 700 people, but this second year continues bad and they need to continue the layoff. With that in mind, the "Be Human" value they had before, with success in my opinion, is now not only a mirage but a concrete inverted state of mind from the C-level people to the real individual contributors that add value to the company.
